90% of lessons happen just like this… and players don’t get very much out of them, while parents don’t get the best bang for their buck. Our training process involves the latest training equipment and in-depth numerical analysis that allows us to actually track our players’ progress (via our S.W.A.T.E. measurement system). Our “out of the box” training styles will challenge you physically and mentally and force you to “feel” what we are trying to teach you.
